Anime Expeditions Raid Guide for Spirit City
Open Play around level 25. Farm Spirit City Act 3 Hard for 8th Sword at 1% pity 35. Place farms first. Use a Prodigy-heavy board, not Lady Giant.

Open Play, then Spirit City
Open Play around level 25. That is when Raids appear.
Spirit City Act 3 Hard is the 8th Sword farm: 1% drop, pity 35. Place farms first. A Prodigy-heavy board is the live Act 3 clear. Do not rebuild the old Lady Giant overnight team.
Raids are a second story track, not a harder copy of chapter 1. Spirit City has three acts, its own map and food type, and raid-only rewards. Completing acts pays equipment and Raid Tokens. Tokens buy the matching Raid Shop. Each map also drops a map token. Act 2 can drop Reaper / Ichigo. Act 3 is the only act that drops 8th Sword.
Matchmake if a solo wipe repeats. Auto Play works in raids. It does not work in Expeditions or competitive modes.
Hard drop rows
Read the in-game reward panel before a long farm. Token and gem counts below are the Hard rows.

Star missions on the right of the raid panel pay extra items such as a Trait Crystal. Fastest-clear and total-clear sit on that same panel.
Totems and the shop
Each Raid Totem you own gives units +0.10× damage in that raid. Cap 10 totems = ×2 damage. Buy them in the Spirit City Raid Shop. They stay on for later runs.
You can clear Act 3 at zero totems. Five totems is comfortable. Ten totems doubles the team’s raid damage.
The same shop also sells 50 crystals or rerolls, sprites, a skin, and the totems. Buy when those rows are on the panel. Do not treat the Spirit City shop as a weekly restock the way another raid shop restocks.
Raid tokens that refill crystals sit next to the leftover gem loop on the gem farm.
Act 3 after Update 1.0
Place farms on the turn before the match starts. Early packs sit around 5,700 HP. Let the farms cook a few waves before you panic-place damage.
The live board is Prodigy-heavy. A test cleared Act 3 with nine Prodigy placements. Twenty Megumi struggled. Itachi barely reached the boss. Keep Puppet if you already run him for mark. Do not swap the whole board back to Lady Giant plus Hero for AFK.
Overnight solos get easier as totems stack. Drop math for the unit itself is on 8th Sword. After Update 1.0 he sits below the keep five on the tier list. Unlock Prodigy first if that quest is still open. The quest path is on Update 1.0.
The other live raid
Crow Hideout is the other live raid. It has four acts. Crow Relics gate the Itachi stage. A clear spends the relic. A fail does not.
This page stays on Spirit City. Open Crow Hideout from the same Play list when you already farm Villain Coins or the relic stage. Do not replace Act 3 with Crow Hideout if 8th Sword is the unit you still need.
FAQ
Do I still clear Act 3 with Lady Giant? No. That was the old overnight board. Farm first, then stack Prodigy.
Does the Spirit City shop restock every week? Do not count on a weekly restock here. Buy totems and the 50-crystal row when they are on the panel.
When does Play show Raids? Around level 25. If Play is empty, finish more story and come back.
